We encourage children and young people to understand the challenges people with acquired brain injury face. Holding a fundraising event at your school, college or university is an excellent way to support Headway East London and get pupils/students and staff talking about acquired brain injury.

If you would like to fundraise and are seeking ideas, please do not hesitate to contact us. Here are a few ideas…

  • Hold a cake sale for pupils/students, parents and teachers
  • Twenty’s-Plenty or Nifty-Fifty - challenge your classmates to raise £20 or £50 each in different ways
  • Take part in a sponsored event - walk, silence, run, swim or dance, or organise a sports tournament
  • Collect coppers
  • Hold a collection at your Christmas or music concert or play
  • Organise a charity concert - fashion show, cabaret or talent night
