The Wolfson Project 2
by Peter Doocey
February 22, 2010
I’ve now been going to the Wolfson Centre for three weeks and it is going really well apart from a few problems travelling there. We do a twelve week project on our own idea, something that relates to what we know or remember. I chose transport because I used to be a transport manager and I remember quite a lot. I’ve also included the problems on getting around with a disability. So far its going well. We have also looked into different aspects of brain injury in our discussion groups. The last week or so we have been looking into voluntary work, maybe just as a stepping stone to something long term one day. So even though it’s still early days of the three month course, I’m very pleased I joined the course and overall, I think its going very well.
