Dates for upcoming Family Support Group meetings

Location: The Raphael Centre St. Michael’s Church, 37 Bounds Green Road, Wood Green, N22 7TL

Come and enjoy a coffee and meet others who are supporting a relative or friend with a Brain Injury!

The Family Support Group meets up to provide family, friends and carers with:

• The chance to support each other

• Opportunities to share experiences and socialise

• Information and education about acquired brain injury (such as head injury and stroke), benefits and services

• The chance to contribute your views and suggestions to Headway East London - a charity affiliated to Headway UK. Our aim is to provide a better quality of life for people with an acquired brain injury, their families and carers.

How to get to the meeting

Address: The Raphael Centre, behind St. Michael’s Church. Corner of Bounds Green Road and High Road, N22 8HE
Go round the back of the Church to the Raphael Centre. The Raphael Centre is visible from Bounds Green Road.

By tube

Wood Green tube - 0.2 miles (0.3 km)

From Wood Green tube (Piccadilly line), turn right out of the station onto High Road. Walk up for 2-3 minutes until you see St. Michael’s Church on the corner of Bounds Green Road and High Road.

By rail

Alexandra Palace - 0.4 miles (0.6 km)

Bus

Bus routes include 184 (from Alexandra Palace), 121, 232 and 329.

Parking

A few parking spaces are available directly in front of the Raphael Centre. Additional meter parking spaces are available nearby: for example, in Stuart Crescent.
