It was back in 1999 that I first visited Headway East London and was shocked to learn that it was the only provision in inner London offering long-term support to people with acquired brain injuries. Headway East London remains the only service of its kind in the area, and it’s a large area, doing invaluable work to improve the quality of life for their members and challenge the misunderstandings experienced by this group of people. Headway East London deserves support to continue and develop their service, and make the future secure.

There are so many charities that deserve support, but none more so than Headway East London.  The commitment from all staff and volunteers to make the lives of those afflicted by brain injury is total.

The centre provides a fun loving, positive environment as well as additional services such as counselling and physiotherapy.  All this takes funds and I urge you to support them in any way you can.
